Emart Payment Protection

How it works

• You place an order and get a unique order number (e.g. SK-XXXXXX).
• You pay by bank transfer using the reference shown at checkout.
• Emart confirms your payment automatically and notifies the seller.
• The seller processes and fulfils your order.
• If anything goes wrong, you contact Emart Support with your order number.

Your payment is held until you're covered

When you pay, your money is held by Emart — the seller cannot withdraw it yet. Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm receipt or the protection window passes without a dispute. If you report an issue, the funds stay held while we review.

Reporting an issue

Keep your order number safe. If your order isn't fulfilled or there's a problem, reach out and our team will help resolve it with the seller.
